The Betts House’s Contributions to Cincinnati History
When the prestigious Betts House was first restored by Martha Tuttle, it received its first “Historic Preservation Recognition” award from the Miami Purchase Association:
For perseverance and courage to restore the family house, the oldest brick building in Cincinnati, helping to give impetus to revitalize the Betts-Longworth neighborhood.
In 2004 the Betts House received a historic marker from the Ohio Historical Society. Since then, the Betts House has received many different recognitions and:
